The www.thecahya.sg website is an online shopping portal (hereinafter, the Website) implemented by The Cahya LLP with business registration number T20LL1660B and registered address 1 Irving Place, #08-01, The Commerze @Irving, Singapore 369546  (hereinafter, the Seller), uses the Website as a sales channel of The Cahya Products through e-commerce in Singapore.

In addition, we may share your personal data with third party service providers (not only limit to Singapore) to provide operational or administrative functions, for example, we use Shopify to power our online store, our partners in collaboration to any contests, promotions, competitions and lucky draws that you may participate in, government, regulatory authorities to comply with applicable law or regulations.
