Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We stay committed to check all the products thoroughly before shipping. However, it may be possible that product defects have escaped our keen trained eyes. If you receive a defective/incorrect product, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us immediately at hello@thecahya.sg. We will try our best to resolve the issue.
We will assess any defects on a case to case basis and decide if replacement/refund of the product would be given at our discretion. If the products show signs of misuse/negligence/normal wear and tear, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we get things sorted for you as soon as possible if such circumstance arises.
If an exchange is granted, the shipping costs of the returned item (s) will be borne by you. Once we receive the returned item (s), the charges will be refunded to you in the form of store credits (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please allow up to 21days for us to process a refund.
