By purchasing The Cahya’s products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes unless with our consent. We may reject or cancel an order if we have the reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use. The name of The Cahya or any of our marks may not be used in any way, including any form of advertising or publicity without our prior written consent.

As we strived to be as accurate as possible in our product information, descriptions, availability, pricing and shipping information. We however do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete and error-free. The actual products may differ from the images on the Website and the colours of the actual products may slightly differ in reality due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. Also, minor variations in measurements (0.3cm to 1cm) may exist.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements which we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
